As you can see, the market has cooled about 25% in this latter half of the year...which is to be expected. The interesting thing to notice is there is NOT a dip in pricing. In fact, sellers are still getting better than 100% of the asking price on average. This is still indicative of a very strong market despite the hubub of inflated interest rates. People will still need to buy and sell regardless.
